Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Strategy Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation practice in Mississauga, Ontario Strategy & Transformation is AECOM’s design-led management consulting studio that operates at the intersection of Business & Digital Transformation, Organizational Dynamics and Place Strategy. We blur the lines between strategy, creativity, people and the built environment.
Success in this role requires strong communication, comfort tackling diverse projects across differing industries, sincere motivation, eagerness to collaborate, and outstanding leadership, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
You will join our multidisciplinary practice of strategists, organizational designers, change managers, architects, data analysts, organizational psychologists, and urban designers to support projects which encompass world class corporations, agencies, institutions, universities & colleges, and local and federal government.

A T-shaped individual who asks thought-provoking questions, is comfortable wading into ambiguous problems and can take ownership, is a critical thinker. You have a minimum of 6+ years experience in one or more of the following areas and possess a broader comfort and ability to work within many of these areas:
Management consulting and / or corporate strategyDigital transformation, operational prioritization, and implementation roadmapsChange management, people operations, organizational design & developmentUrban design & planning, functional space programming, and capital planningUser research, synthesis of qualitative data and generating insightsData analytics & statistical modelingDesign background in architecture, urban planning, space programming, and interiorsYou’re comfortable and ready to hit the ground running as soon as you get here and are:
