The Opportunity
The Strategy Manager plays a critical role in supporting and enabling successful strategic priorities and converting them into actionable plans. They will drive market research, financial models, risk mitigation plans, and communications, ultimately contributing to the organization's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop competitive, performance and market analyses to identify gaps in the business based on future market trends and advise on necessary corrective actions to business leadership.Work with the Innovation and Strategy team to establish strategic priorities and convert them to quantitative and actionable plans. Develop complex financial models to support existing strategies and recommend new strategies for future opportunities.Identify potential risks and recommend viable scenarios for mitigation and present to business leadership.Communicate and present complex information in a persuasive and informative way to ensure organizational alignment of a particular strategy or idea.Work with Manager of Strategic Partnerships to develop analytics to measure partnership results, which aid in making financial decisions and future investment decisions.Preferences & Minimum Requirements
Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, innovation management, or a related field is preferred.Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience, with experience in business development, strategy, incubation and/or related fields. Licenses & Certifications: Relevant certifications or specialized training in incubation processes and methodologies can also be beneficial.
