Join us and build _your_ ambition. **ABOUT THE ROLE** The Strategy Manager will be involved in shaping Amrize’s strategic direction in North America. This position will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Reporting directly to the SVP of Strategy and Business Development, the Strategy Manager will be involved in developing and executing strategic initiatives that create value for the organization. This role involves both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. **WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH** + Shape and support the development of Amrize’s corporate and business segment strategies in alignment with overall company objectives. + Lead or contribute to developing in-depth market analysis to evaluate the attractiveness of specific markets, business segments, M&A targets and other strategic initiatives. + Build or support building compelling business cases with clear recommendations. + Conduct analysis, research and mapping as required. + Prepare polished, executive-level presentations and strategic reports. + Business Intelligence Lead: Ensure critical market, competitive, and internal data is accurately maintained and regularly updated to support strategic decision-making. + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. **RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER JOBS** + This role is highly cross-functional and requires close, frequent interaction with other areas of the business including the M&A department. + Collaboration will also take place with the team in Switzerland. + Potential to develop in the position and move into other roles in the organization or within the same department. + Act as a key liaison between C-suite stakeholders and regional P&L leaders, operations, sales, finance, investor relations, supply chain, and M&A teams. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** **Education:** Bachelor's degree **Additional Education Preferred:** Master's degree **Field of Study Preferred:** Business, Finance or Engineering. **Required Work Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in strategy roles such as corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or similar. **Required Technical Skills:** Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) **Travel Requirements:** 10% **Additional Requirements:** + Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. + High degree of initiative and ownership. + Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced, and cross-functional environmentStrong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex challenges and identify strategic opportunities. + Executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives. + Ability to influence, challenge assumptions, and negotiate effectively. + Ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization with a wide variety of stakeholders. + Strong analytical skills, including experience working with and interpreting large datasets. + Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently. + Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating across teams. + Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. + Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of company approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
