This role will lead Ford's global Center of Excellence for naming and taxonomy, reporting to the Global Director of Brand Strategy and collaborating closely with the Nomenclature Program Operations Lead. As Strategy Director, Nomenclature, you'll elevate nomenclature from tactical execution to strategic competitive advantage—developing scalable naming architectures that reinforce brand equity, enable portfolio expansion, and drive measurable business outcomes across Ford's entire product and service portfolio.

You'll be accountable for building and leading high-performing teams, establishing enterprise-wide naming standards, and ensuring all nomenclature decisions advance our broader brand strategy while meeting stringent legal and trademark requirements.
