As a Strategy Development Expert, you will play a central role in influencing how millions of people access financial services across an emerging, high-growth market. This is a strategic position with the opportunity to drive long-term vision, business expansion, and competitive advantage.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead the development, refinement, and alignment of Openbank’s corporate and business strategies.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.

• Define strategic initiatives, KPIs, and execution roadmaps that translate vision into measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, risk, finance, and marketing teams.

• Support business planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Monitor performance indicators and update strategic plans based on insights and results.

• Prepare and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in strategy development, management consulting, corporate development, or related roles—preferably within banking, fintech, or financial services.

• Strong analytical skills with proven capability in market research and data-driven decision-making.

• Solid understanding of banking business models, financial products, and regulatory environments.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional initiatives.

• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

• Education: Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field is preferred.
