Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, Android Partnerships
This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus. This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date. **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree. + Experience in analytics, including spreadsheet analysis, presentations, and data management. **Preferred qualifications:** + MBA or graduate degree. + Experience structuring strategy for business organizations including in either management consulting or within internal strategy teams. + Experience with key products/business including mobile devices, OEMs, Telcos, and AI. + Knowledge of the partner and market landscape for products. The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. The Platforms and Devices Partnerships Strategy and Operations team creates and drives cohesive business strategy across the suite of products: Android, Play, ChromeOS, Photos, Privacy Sandbox and more. The team understands the partner ecosystem and markets in which these products operate, and apply structured analysis and reasoning to help develop and execute strategy. The team also drives thought leadership across products and markets to inform strategic decisions. You will partner across key stakeholders in BD, ProdEng, Marketing, Finance, and the broader organizations to drive scaled impact for the business and product partners. In this role, you will drive business strategy on emerging products, and will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of product and business innovation across the Android ecosystem working across many parts of the company. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Lead commercial/business strategy and operations for the global Android team. + Drive strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives and contribute to Android growth and engagement. + Run initiatives supporting key business objectives including key partner engagements, monthly business tracking, budget and investment management. + Support leads with key team initiatives including team strategy, executive communications, team meetings, and offsites. + Serve as a thought leader and strategic partner to inform critical decisions, risks, and opportunities.
