**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ MBA degree, or equivalent practical experience in a technical, quantitative, or business field.
+ Experience leading cross-functional working teams and developing strong partnerships, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights.
+ Experience understanding, framing, and solving ambiguous problems, with the ability to drive impact on strategic initiatives.
+ Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, results-oriented project and team environment.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization.
The team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products. The team plays an important role in building go-to-market infrastructure from tooling, enhancing business skills, ensuring execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.
The Strategy and Operations Principal for Workflow and Solutions Activation leads the strategic initiatives impacting the seller workflow. The team's mission is tied to the Global Sales Activation organization, to develop a navigation system for sellers to drive value with Google Ads customers via a better operating model and a streamlined, assistive and intuitive product-to-market pipeline.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**
+ Develop global go-to-market strategies to improve sales workflows in support of the Global Business Organization's growth drivers and business plan.
+ Lead cross-functional working teams with stakeholders across Global Sales Activation, Global Product Solutions, Tools, and partner Go-to-Market organizations to drive sponsorship, alignment, and execution.
+ Design and influence the strategy development and execution (e.g., project planning, milestones, pilots/success metrics, and governance).
+ Create and deliver communications and presentations, tailored to the audience including executive leadership, in support of strategic recommendations and implementation considerations.
+ Drive framing, execution, and presentation of analyses and research, both quantitative and qualitative, translating data into insights.
