**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Advanced degree in Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical, or in a related field.
+ 2 years of experience in creating datasets, data modeling, and reporting.
+ Experience with implementing initiatives in a demanding, changing environment.
+ Experience with managing technology and analytics programs related to applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
+ Experience with improving and scaling customer support through technology and operational initiatives.
+ Experience in developing and executing operational initiatives with excellent problem-solving skills.
gTech’s Strategy and Operations team (gSO) is made up of partners and trusted advisors that drive changes for gTech. We create value through functional and business expertise combined with investigative accuracy to formulate and deliver strategies.
In this role, you will be part of a team providing project leadership to solve questions in the gTech organization. You will require you to develop solutions to business problems and opportunities. You will work in close partnership with gTech teams and Strategy and Operations colleagues. You will be a collaborative, data-motivated, and investigative problem solver who is able to lead and manage multiple workstreams, projects, and stakeholders across time zones on a global scale. You will be working with partners across gTech to lead and support operational projects. You will also support the development of plans and recommendations for global and regional projects.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**
+ Contribute to projects that design, execute, and measure the impact of initiatives, act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders and help to achieve goals.
+ Serve as a main contributor to findings and solutions, partner with peers to deliver data-motivated insights and solve problems with executive leaders.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally across business areas to drive recommendations. Engage with stakeholders across the company, including Product, Business, Marketing, and Policy teams.
+ Support existing initiatives through analysis and project management leading organizational change management plans for projects.
+ Identify new opportunities and mobilize stakeholders to execute tactical plans to improve customer and promoters satisfaction.
