Strategy Analyst

As Strategy Analyst , you will serve as a strategic bridge between the business units and the analytics organization, driving data-informed decision-making across the EMEACLA region. Your consultative mindset and deep understanding of market dynamics will enable you to deliver actionable insights, harmonize governance practices, and elevate Edwards’ Structural Heart Disease (SHD) strategy through robust research and reporting. You will support the organization with high-quality analysis into market conditions and with processing and collecting new data to answer specific questions generated by marketing team.

How you'll make an impact:

Competition Data Management: Overseeing the end-to-end process, including SFDC, and managing requests from the commercial team. Ensuring data quality and consistency across internal and external sources.

Dashboards: Collaborating with the Business Operations team to automate and visualize market trends and market share evolution. Supporting key business decisions through analysis and forecasting.

Market Insights: Assisting in the generation of market insights and conducting deep dives into strategic topics.

Strategy/Market Intelligence SharePoint: Managing the SharePoint as a single source of truth for market intelligence-related content.

Strategic Planning & AOP Support: Contributing to the preparation of Strategic Plans and Annual Operating Plans.

Epidemiology Models: Owning and integrating epidemiology data into market models, analysis, and forecasting.

Oversees pricing strategy analysis to assist marketing with strategic assessment/alignment of national and regional activities.

Be available to support ad hoc analysis requests from all members of marketing team.

Other incidental duties.

What you will need:

2 years of experience required

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, finance, business statistics or related field

Previous experience in an analytical, strategic marketing, or business role

Experience from regulated industry is a plus

Advanced computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite: Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills and relationship management skills with ability to work closely/build relationships with cross-functional teams

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Ability to create market models to forecast future product revenue

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Ability to assess and understand market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics

Ability to recommend paths forward to manage risk

Ability to prioritize competing objectives in a fast paced environment

Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

Availability to travel for shorter period of time – 15-20%
