Aleph’s Strategy Team approaches each client’s business as if it were our own. By working closely with clients, we align with their goals in the context of digital strategy and product development. We advise Project Leads and their teams on strategic opportunities and drive those initiatives to completion. Our work involves conducting research, analyzing data, identifying market trends and opportunities, and designing creative solutions to solve business challenges.

Product Development & Management: Transform ideas into market-fit products that meet both user needs and business objectives, while guiding the entire product lifecycle—from concept to optimization. Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Analyze and forecast product KPIs, deliver actionable recommendations to drive growth, improve user engagement, and optimize overall performance. Growth Hacking: Use data-driven strategies and experimentation to expand customer base, increase loyalty, and maximize lifetime value. Customer Experience: Redesign customer experiences and journey maps, leverage customer behavior data and insights to create transformative digital interfaces.

As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our scaling efforts, with responsibilities including:

Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and Engineers to drive strategic initiatives and guide project direction in partnership with Project Leads. Collaborating with clients to understand their context, challenges, and business goals to sharpen our focus scope. Spearheading the team to conduct in-depth research and data analysis to uncover insights and solutions tailored to client challenges. Experimenting with new approaches and discovering best practices for effective problem-solving. Presenting discovered opportunities and solutions to our clients, engaging audiences from the working team to senior leadership.
