About the Role

Accountable for development, management and monitoring of key strategic projects and business strategies

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and drive the annual strategic planning process for AIAHKAssess, prioritise and shape strategic opportunities for AIAHK.Synthesise strategic priorities into clear strategic narrative and 3-year plansSystematically cascade and promote AIAHK’s strategy to senior leaders and the broader organisationAct as main contact for other business units to liaise and discuss results announcement preparations with GO and RCE counterparts. Respond to enquiries from Group Investor RelationsMonitor competitor and market developments and conduct horizon scanning on key trends impacting AIADevelop market share analysis, including synthesis and quarterly reporting of IA market statisticsHandle the selection process of external consultants and coordinate with them on delivery of strategic projectsDrive specific strategic projects forward with other functional leadsDevelop and manage Strategy & Transformation Department budgetSupport other ad hoc reports and tasksCoach and transfer knowledge to teammates

Job Requirements:

Degree holder with 8+ years of relevant strategy planning / corporate development / project management experience. Experience in consultancy and/or insurance industry will be an advantageStrong business acumen and strategic thinking, being able to connect-the-dotsResult oriented, with proven track record in attaining business resultsBe adaptable, able to interact and build strong relationships with people from a diverse range of backgroundsAttentive to details with good analytical, coordination and organisational skillsProficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and report writing skillsA good story-teller, with strong presentation skills
