TotalEnergies EP Malaysia is seeking an experienced Strategy, Portfolio & Performance Manager to lead integrated planning, reserves governance, and portfolio performance across our operated and non‑operated assets. This key leadership role supports value creation, regulatory compliance, and long‑term growth of the affiliate.
ActivitiesYour Impact
As a core member of the Subsurface leadership team, you will:
Lead and deliver the Annual Reserves and Production Review (ARPR) and Annual Reserves Report (ARR) processes, acting as focal point for production, costs, economics, and technical inputsCoordinate and present reserves bookings and revisions to Committee Technique Reserves (CTR), ensuring SEC compliance and audit readinessProvide reliable production forecasts for operations, budgeting, and long‑term planningMaintain and govern TotalBox and PRIME databases for all projectsDrive integrated planning and performance roadmap across subsurface activitiesSupport development, asset, and portfolio reviews by providing strategic production and portfolio insightsRepresent Subsurface in Joint Venture meetings, regulatory engagements, and industry forumsDevelop and manage team capabilities, performance, and competency growth Candidate ProfileWhat We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A Master’s degree in Geosciences or Reservoir/Petroleum EngineeringMinimum 15 years of experience in reservoir management, field development, and subsurface integrationAt least 5 years of hands‑on experience in SEC reserves booking is essentialStrong exposure to portfolio management, planning, and regulatory frameworksDeep expertise in reservoir and petroleum engineering disciplinesStrong understanding of SEC reserves guidelines, budgets, OPEX, CAPEX, and performance managementProven ability to deliver integrated planning and forecasting under complex regulatory environmentsAbility to influence senior leadership and JV partnersStrong communication, coordination, and decision‑making skillsAbility to lead teams and operate effectively in cross‑functional environments Additional Information TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers.
