Role Overview

We’re now looking for an experienced Strategic Transport Planner to strengthen our scheduling team. As a Strategic Transport Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of liquid gas to our business customers. You will collaborate closely with drivers, fellow schedulers, and customer service teams to manage logistics across the Northern Continent (Belgium, Germany, France and the Netherlands).

What you’ll do

🗓️ Plan and schedule available resources (drivers, equipment and product) to meet customer demand

🚚 Balance drivers, trucks, and product availability to meet customer demand.

⚡ React quickly and confidently to changes, using data and good judgment.

🤝 Communicate clearly with drivers, schedulers, and customer service teams.

📈 Contribute ideas to improve scheduling processes and customer service.

What you will bring

✅ Experience in logistics planning, scheduling, or transport coordination (mid-senior level, this is not an entry role).

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you can spot issues before they happen.

✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

✅ Tech savvy; experience with logistics systems is a big plus.

✅ Confident decision-making based on available data

Languages that make you successful here:

English (mandatory) – company language.

Dutch (C1–C2) – essential for working with drivers & stakeholders.

French – highly valuable and a big plus.
