**GES Strategic Transformation Hunter**
At the forefront of technological change, this role offers the infrastructure, presence and brand for sales professionals to have true, global conversations with organizations about SaaS cloud transformation, focusing new prospects across your region alongside technology partners. The types of deals that you get to work on will vary; but will typically be complex multi-stakeholder projects that take 12 months + and are worth $1-2m+ annually. Equally, it could be a longer, more complex, multi solution or country solution at several times the value.

**Key Duties / Tasks:**
+ Identify prospects and define contact program within set parameters -- using the array of tools available at your disposal to plan, execute, and track your targeted new business
+ Arrange prospect appointments and undertake virtual and in-person meetings / demos
+ Co-ordinate internal resource and support, in line with a structured sales process (provided), to appropriately run your deals and maximise success
+ Work with presales when necessary to develop solutions to fit prospect needs
+ Present response to meet prospect needs with existing product service solution
+ Maintain chosen ADP data base management tool and adhere to the current defined sales processes
**Education and Experience:**
+ Minimum 5 years sales experience of SaaS / cloud transformation projects (process and / or solution) -- ideally alongside key technological partners and vendors
+ Experience with a variety of sales channels (online outreach / social selling, cold calling, meetings and events), with a structured approach, to generate net new business opportunities
+ A background of carrying and achieving / exceeding annual net new business annual quotas in excess of $3-5m+ Track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals ($1m+ of annual revenue) with global organizations

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $87,500.00 - $189,200.00 / Year
