Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team of Strategic Territory Sales Representatives in Barcelona. This dynamic leader will focus on driving the team to exceed sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster professional growth.

The successful candidate will be passionate about helping others learn and grow their sales career, courageous and someone who thinks as a founder. The role will be reporting to the Inside Sales Director based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales teamAchieve and surpass sales objectivesMotivate team members through coaching and trainingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceBuild and maintain relationships with channel partnersMonitor and report on sales performance metricsFoster a positive and inclusive work environment

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales managementProven track record of exceeding sales quotasStrong communication and organizational skillsFluency in English and preferably another European languageExperience in technology sales is a plus
