**Position Overview**
Autodesk is looking for a **Senior Sales Manager** to lead our sales team of Strategic Territory Sales Representatives in Barcelona. This dynamic leader will focus on driving the team to exceed sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster professional growth.
The successful candidate will be passionate about helping others learn and grow their sales career, courageous and someone who thinks as a founder. The role will be reporting to the Inside Sales Director based in Barcelona.
**Responsibilities**
+ Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
+ Achieve and surpass sales objectives
+ Motivate team members through coaching and training
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
+ Build and maintain relationships with channel partners
+ Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
+ Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in sales management
+ Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Fluency in English and preferably another European language
+ Experience in technology sales is a plus
