This with the focus to support the significant demand for talent within our Roche EMEA region- now, and in the future.

As Talent Acquisition Partner (d/f/m) you will be part of the Roche EMEA Recruiting team, a group of highly skilled professionals in our Integrated Workforce Strategies (IWS) organization. Even if the geographic focus will be Spain, you will also be closely collaborating with the other TAPs within the EMEA Region, and within our global network.

In this highly strategic and challenging role your focus will be on the following core activities and responsibilities:

Being a professional & consultative partner for our business leaders regarding all talent acquisition aspects.

Expertly driving end-to-end recruiting processes and providing customized talent acquisition strategies and solutions, including active candidate sourcing & pipelining, talent marketing, talent selection, candidate experience, and Equity & Inclusion.

Managing the offer process with all necessary stakeholders (creating an offer proposal in accordance with our Roche compensation & benefits framework and pay equity considerations, obtaining approvals, extending offers, and negotiating with the candidate if required).

Closely collaborating with the other People & Culture colleagues in Spain, particularly the Business Partners to gain insight about the coming business priorities, and the People Relations Partners to ensure a high confidentiality of recruitment related topics.

Who you are

You have knowledge and experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner with proven success as a recruiter or headhunter working internally and/or as a consultant. Ideally you have proven experience  in the Life Science/Tech industry and have a strong passion for People & Culture/ Human Resources, particularly for Talent Acquisition. 

You have expertise in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders on all hierarchical levels, both within the business organisations as well as within the People & Culture team. You are well-versed in talent attraction, sourcing, and assessing. In addition you have excellent coaching and advising skills, and thus are a trusted partner to your business clients and enable them in their hiring decisions.

First class communication and interpersonal skills are a must as you network and build long term relationships with both internal and external individuals, often at a very senior level. You have high influencing skills and are an excellent negotiator. Ability to work effectively within international and cross-divisional teams is one of your assets. You thrive in a dynamic, self-organized environment, love taking on new challenges, and drive innovation. 

Furthermore, you possess the following experiences and competencies:

Fluent English and Spanish language skills are required

Work experience in a multinational matrix organisation is an asset.

Diligent user and expert of applicant tracking and sourcing tools such as Workday, Phenom People, LinkedIn.

The position will be based in Spain at our Sant Cugat (close to Barcelona) location. Willingness to work onsite in the office for 40% of the time (ca. 2 days/week), and to be present at the site when needed for business meetings is expected. 

This position is a 7 month fixed period temporary contract based in Sant Cugat/Spain as a maternity leave cover. The start date in this position is the 3rd of November 2025 till the end of May 2026.
