The Role

The Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader for India is responsible for delivering high-quality and high-speed hiring outcomes to meet Kyndryl India's early career and professional recruitment needs. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with global teams to develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy, reporting, analytics, and compliance processes.

Partnering with India business leaders and workforce solutions teams to understand hiring needs and craft an agile recruiting strategy.

Liaising with the RPO team to ensure delivery and execution of the recruitment strategy, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and address any performance or delivery issues.

Acting as the first point of escalation for the RPO team and business stakeholders on recruitment-related matters.

Analyzing recruitment data and hiring metrics to identify problem areas, then working with the RPO team, hiring managers, and TA teams to address issues.

Conducting regular cadence calls with each business line to review open roles, identify gaps, and resolve issues.

Partnering with the RPO team to address process-related challenges, enhance communication, and improve recruiting processes.

Reviewing current hiring best practices and making suggestions for improvements to processes, tools, and platforms.

Evaluating the performance of recruiting agencies.

Enabling and coaching hiring managers on best practices, market trends, and competition to support faster hiring decisions.

Collaborating with business, vendors, and procurement teams on recruitment-related activities.

Attending relevant TA, HR, and business meetings to provide recruiting updates.

Driving diversity initiatives and creating inclusive strategies to make Kyndryl a more diverse workplace.

Supporting stakeholders of special critical projects by leveraging RPO capabilities and executing appropriate recruiting and reporting strategies.

To be successful in this role, you would have:

Required & Preferred Experience:

Experience in technology / IT/ Digital experienced professional recruiting for a minimum of 10 years.

A minimum of 3 years experience with Workday Recruit.

Experience in handling large volume recruitment projects in India Domestic Business & clients.

Experience in a managerial or leadership role in an in-house talent acquisition environment for a minimum of 3 years.

Strong understanding of data driven recruitment.

Appreciate and understanding of EVP, Marketing and talent branding.

Strong focus on KPIs, SLAs and database decision making, as well as consolidating and presenting data.

Strong leadership skills - coaching, mentoring, motivating and adaptability.

Empathetic approach, good listening skills, collaboration and self-driven.

Ability to work in the office [Hybrid].

Experience managing a RPO and physically dispersed delivery teams will be an added advantage.

Fluent in English.
