Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead - Corporate Services
Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly strategic Talent Acquisition leader to drive the identification, attraction and acquisition of senior and business-critical talent across Sodexo’s Corporate Services segment. This pivotal role will shape how we build leadership capability across Hard FM, Soft FM and Food, ensuring Sodexo has the talent strength required to deliver growth, meet future demand and operate with pace and excellence.

As the Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a critical role in strengthening Sodexo’s in-house senior hiring capability - proactively building the pipelines, market insight and sourcing strategies needed to support bids, mobilisations, succession planning and long term business growth.

Through strategic headhunting, targeted mapping and intelligence led sourcing you'll ensure Sodexo always stays ahead of market demand and client expectations.

What you'll do:

Lead senior and business-critical hiring across Hard FM, Soft FM and Food within Corporate Services, ensuring readiness, capability and depth in leadership talent.

Build and execute forward looking sourcing, market mapping and headhunting strategies that directly support growth, bids, mobilisations and succession planning.

Develop proactive pipelines of senior technical and operational leaders, aligned to current and future business demand across Corporate Services.

Provide deep market and competitor intelligence to influence workforce planning, reward decisions and long-term capability planning.

Partner with senior operational and HR leaders to define talent requirements, shape role positioning and set effective routes to market.

Represent Talent Acquisition in bid and mobilisation discussions, ensuring talent strategy, timelines and risks are planned early and effectively.

Lead continuous improvement across senior hiring, strengthening speed, quality, consistency and experience while reducing agency reliance and cost.

Champion Sodexo’s values and inclusion commitments across all senior-level attraction and selection activity

Who we're looking for:

Significant experience in senior-level recruitment or executive search, ideally across Hard FM, Soft FM and/or Food services.

Proven expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping and building strategic pipelines for senior or specialist roles.

Strong commercial understanding of the FM and Food sectors and the talent challenges within them.

Experience partnering with senior leaders to shape strategic hiring decisions and workforce plans.

Ability to influence at senior level with confidence, credibility and clarity.

Data- and insight-led approach to shaping recruitment strategy and improving delivery outcomes.
