Strategic Supply Planner - Naperville, IL (Hybrid) 

Join Nalco - an Ecolab company as a Strategic Supply Planner based in Naperville, IL. This hybrid role sits out of our corporate headquarters supporting our equipment manufacturing operations by managing capacity, service, and inventory across a network of production sites. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply meets demand, drive strategic planning initiatives, and support our mission of protecting people and vital resources.

What You Will Do

Lead North America supply planning for assigned equipment product families

Balance production across the network to maintain capacity and support seasonal or maintenance-related shifts

Develop and maintain inventory strategies to meet service and working capital goals

Collaborate with manufacturing, business, and marketing teams to align supply with demand

Identify and resolve capacity constraints and lead crisis management efforts

Support new product introductions and phase-outs in coordination with plant planners

Monitor and optimize key planning parameters in JDA Master Planning

Contribute to S&OP and other strategic planning meetings

Position Details

Location: Naperville, IL

Work Model: Hybrid (flexible onsite days)

Travel: Up to 10%

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field

2 years of work experience in supply chain planning, finance, marketing, or a related analytical discipline

Experience with ERP systems, advanced planning tools, or equivalent software

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced technical or business degree, preferred

Experience with TPM, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or APICS certification

Background in equipment manufacturing environments

Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and communicate effectively

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
