Baseline Program Requirements:
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited universityLegally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the companyAble to work in a fully remote environment on a part time basis (at least 20-25 hours per week) between August 25-December 5A minimum 3.0 GPA

We are seeking a motivated Events Marketing Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the team from assisting with special event projects, huddle agendas to invoicing. You’ll have the opportunity to engage on event projects in the areas of; operations/logistics, communications and digital across our 3 event types, physical, virtual and hybrid. To successfully execute against assigned tasks and objectives, you’ll work closely with the Director of Global Audience Engagement, Event Strategists, and Event Business Owner(s).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage teamwork and assigned event logistic tasksCreate presentation/content in PowerPoint to be shared with global events teamData collection, input, and management for event portfolio planning process Collaborate with communications operations manager writing and providing input to communications plans for promoting eventsCoordinate with sponsorship and incentive program manager to support the needs of event sponsorsAssist Event Strategist and Digital Strategist where necessary Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in engineering, marketing, communications, hospitality, or business managementExperience with PowerPoint, Excel and other project management tools Project management experienceFamiliar with working in planning and logistics environmentA self-starter who is curious and able to effectively manage his/her own timeThe hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
