We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. **_Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:_** + _Purchase Order creation and management; execution and expediting on all orders_ + _Reviewing scopes of work and proposals for accuracy and compliance_ + _Collaborate and manage work order changes with all pertinent parties_ + _Liaise between Sales Team, Engineering and Suppliers to ensure timely delivery_ + _Provide schedule updates to internal stakeholders with regards to expediting & delivery status_ + _Partner with Category Management to develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions_ + _Monitor and mitigate any potential risks related to purchasing_ _Panel Purchasing_ + _Control panel Specification review_ + _Able to read and interpret one line drawings_ + _Able to read and interpret control schematics_ + _Able to size_ + _Breakers_ + _Starters_ + _Overloads_ + _Wire_ + _VFD_ + _Soft Starters_ + _Transformers_ + _Understanding of_ + _Relay logic_ + _PLCs_ + _Pump controllers_ + _UL codes_ + _Intrinsically safe/FM_ + _Organize and maintain library of municipal end user specifications and standards_ + _Handling and executing expedite requests_ + _Coordinating between internal and external suppliers, internal employees, and customers_ + _Communicating with consultant engineers_ + _Manage Xylem supplied items inventory and delivery to panel builders_ + _Coordinating services, startups, and commissioning for electric components performed by third party suppliers_ The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 plus bonus.   Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.  At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
