Make an Impact, Make Connections and Make the Best You. **Core Job Duties:** + Support globally all software sourcing activities and requirements across HCE. + Partner closely with HCE Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure early sourcing engagement, alignment on key sourcing objectives and effective execution of sourcing projects. + Lead negotiations, contracting and supplier performance processes. + Manage Long Tail Spend and deliver year-over-year cost reductions and supply base optimization. + Work with Sourcing, Business, Finance, and other stakeholders for Procure to Payment process. + Support stakeholders in creating effective and well-defined master software agreements. + Consistently deliver year-over-year savings, and payment terms improvement. + Deploy a regular and effective engagement model with key stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Product Management etc.) that provides consistent communication, alignment, vetting of new third-party technologies, services and early procurement involvement. **YOU MUST HAVE:** + 3+ years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement + Strong negotiation skills, fluent in drafting contract terms and conditions + Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills + Bachelor of Science in Business, Supply Chain, Technology or Finance **WE VALUE:** + Technical background with experience in software and/or IT. + Independent and strategic thinker who is highly motivated with boundless energy to get stuff done. + Desire to innovate, disrupt and challenge the status quo. + Experience leveraging analytics for measurable business improvement. + Expertise in core procurement systems including SAP & Ivalua.
