That’s something we’re truly proud of, **Work That Matters, People Who Care** . **Job Description** **What's the Job?** We’re looking for a **Strategic Sourcing Manager** to join our Supply Chain team at Dexterra Group. **What You’ll Be Doing** At **Dexterra Group,** we believe that strong supplier relationships and smart sourcing strategies are key to delivering exceptional service across our business segments. As our **Strategic Sourcing Manager** , you’ll play a key role and be at the forefront of building partnerships that deliver value, quality, and performance - with a focus on our **foodservice** operations. Your day-to-day will include: + Designing, implementing, and maintaining supply chain processes that drive efficiency and results. + Developing strategic roadmaps for multiple (and sometimes unrelated) categories in alignment with Dexterra’s competitive goals. + Leading RFP analysis and supplier selection based on stakeholder requirements. + Identifying opportunities for supplier, SKU, and spec rationalization. + Driving cost savings and value-added initiatives across assigned categories. + Collaborating closely with foodservice business units to uncover synergies and economies of scale. + Creating and managing Master Service Agreements, including pricing and contract duration. + Overseeing contract performance and ensuring compliance. + Analyzing industry trends to inform category strategy and innovation. + Communicating and rolling out category initiatives across the organization. + Managing supplier relationships and internal stakeholder engagement. + Continuously improving category programs and supporting operational excellence. + Supporting operational excellence through smart, strategic supply chain initiatives. **Qualifications** **Who are we looking for?** + A post-secondary degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or Commerce - or equivalent experience. + 3–5 years of experience in **foodservice procurement.** + Proven expertise in **contract negotiation** and **management.** + Strong understanding of category-based buying, vendor capabilities, and distribution processes. + A **collaborative** mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and a drive to innovate. + Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite. + Bonus points for experience with NetSuite! + Ability to manage time, make decisions, and work both independently and collaboratively. + Commitment to health and safety and understanding of foodservice product utilization. **_Why Dexterra Supply Chain?_** We’re a team that values agility, creativity, and results.
