As a **Strategic Sourcing Specialist** here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in driving the procurement of Contingent Labor, Talent Acquisition services in alignment with Annual Plan. You will be accountable for establishing and executing procurement strategies to achieve the lowest total cost, reduced working capital, and ensure supply continuity. In this role, you will impact the company by driving performance-driven commodity and category supply strategies, managing supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also contribute to the growth and success of the business by identifying cost-saving opportunities, implementing value engineering initiatives, and eliminating sole/single sources. **Key Responsibilities** + Drive and execute Annual and Strategic Plan with supporting Procurement strategies for the categories of Contingent Labor and Talent Acquisition. + Right and Fast execution of strategies to align with business Growth + Manage Category and Commodity Strategies including spend analysis, Benchmarking, Cost, Market Analysis, and Global Technology/Economic trends + Build new relationships with key Supplier Leadership + Collaborate with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Procurement Operations, Payables, IT and other Honeywell Businesses + Ensure rigorous management of key suppliers through contract KPIs, SLA and scorecards. + Identify process improvement opportunities within the Contingent Labor program and system (SAP Fieldglass) in cooperation with IT, TA and other functions and lead the change for the assigned projects. + Drive compliance to HR Policy 2034 across different functions. + Lead Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Contracting, and supplier performance processes + Apply effective Sourcing supplier risk assessment methodologies to ensure supplier continuity + Improve Working Capital through Payment Terms extensions, Payment cycle optimization, Vendor Managed Inventories. **YOU MUST HAVE** + Extensive experience (6+ years) in Sourcing, Procurement Contract Management and Negotiations + Some Experience in Contingent Labor and or Talent Acquisition + Ability to work independently while aligning strategies with key stakeholders. + Effective communication skills + Proficient in Data analytics tools such as Excel **WE VALUE** + Ability to collaborate across functions to influence and drive transformation. + Ability to prioritize and execute to drive results. + Broad knowledge and experience in HR vendor systems. + Experience in project management and process improvements. + Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management/Contingent Labor / Talent Acquisition + Team guide experience in Sourcing/Procurement/Business + Demonstrated Business and financial acumen + Experience with SAP, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project **We offer** + Enjoy 25 vacation days per year + Recognition & referral bonus programs + Comprehensive induction, ongoing training and development to set you up for success, in-house and external learning platforms supporting development opportunities + Employee Assistance Program - Free and confidential service to help with any difficulties regarding work, life and personal or family matters + Frequent Employee Engagement activities fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment + Multisport Card, Makro Card, discount Vodafone and T-Mobile tariffs and multiple discount programs in our partner network We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
