Strategic Sourcing Analyst
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Analyst with five years of procurement experience, particularly in software and cloud services. This role will involve supporting the deal life cycle for the IT Category, overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, including contract and price negotiation, and supporting strategic sourcing engagements. Responsibilities + Manage a pipeline of medium complexity sourcing engagements over $250,000 for the assigned category. + Support Category Leads on high complexity engagements. + Establish effective negotiation plans and guide internal clients through the contracting process. + Partner with Category Leads to establish sourcing execution plans through competitive bids, evaluation agreements, supplier consolidation, and co-terming. + Assist Category Leads with Oracle administrative tasks. + Collaborate with other Category Teams, Supplier Management, Vendor Management Offices, Internal Clients, and Third Party Risk Management as needed. + Engage with business requestors to identify requirements and formulate them into specific RFx documentation. + Take ownership of the end-to-end competitive bidding process. + Ensure the application of fair business practices and consistent procurement of products and services. + Continuously seek ways to raise standards and improve processes and procedures while enhancing the overall performance of ESM. + Support departmental process and technology initiatives. + Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Five years of related procurement experience. + Proficiency in procurement, IT procurement, and strategic sourcing. + Strong Microsoft Excel skills. + Experience in stakeholder management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. + Preferred experience with Oracle. + Strong MS Office skills. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work environment, with working hours from Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The role includes benefits such as 5 days of PTO available after 30 days, 6 paid holidays, a performance bonus, a partnership bonus, a flex fund contribution of $1,500, a 401k contribution of 10% of salary plus up to 4% match, and a $3,000 HSA contribution. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wayne, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr.
