Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst with 3-5 years of related procurement experience, particularly in indirect procurement. The ideal candidate should have expertise in strategic sourcing and stakeholder management, with a preference for IT and Indirect procurement experience. This role involves working closely with various investment technology software and regulatory technology tools.
Responsibilities
Manage a pipeline of medium complexity sourcing engagements over $250k for the assigned category.Support Category Leads on high complexity engagements.Establish effective negotiation plans and guide internal clients through the contracting process.Partner with Category Leads to establish sourcing execution plans through competitive bids, evaluation agreements, supplier consolidation, and co-terming.Assist Category Leads with Oracle administrative tasks.Collaborate effectively with other Category Teams, Supplier Management, Vendor Management Offices, Internal Clients, and Third Party Risk Management.Engage with business requestors to identify requirements and formulate them into specific RFx documentation.Take ownership of the end-to-end competitive bidding process.Ensure fair business practices and consistent procurement of products and services.Continuously seek ways to raise standards and improve processes and procedures, enhancing the overall performance of ESM.Support departmental process and technology initiatives.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills

The work environment is hybrid, with working hours from Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The role offers a supportive culture with a focus on integrity and excellence. During the contract period, employees are provided 5 days of PTO available after 30 days, along with 6 paid holidays. Upon permanent employment, performance bonuses and partnership bonuses are available. Employees also benefit from a flex fund contribution of $1500, a 401k contribution of 10% of salary plus up to 4% match, and an HSA contribution of $3000.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
