We are hiring immediately a full-time Strategic Sourcing Agent in our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) division.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you can expect to lead impactful supplier negotiations, drive cost-saving strategies, and shape long-term sourcing agreements that support Textron Aviation’s business goals. You’ll collaborate across teams, analyze financials, and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations. If you're ready to influence supply chain decisions and build strategic partnerships, this is your opportunity. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Supply Chain Strategy: Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with company and departmental objectivesContract Negotiation Management: Lead supplier negotiations, draft and administer long-term agreements, including Pricing Agreements (PAs) and Master Purchasing Agreements (MPAs), and secure optimal pricing, terms, and delivery schedulesFinancial Analysis Cost Optimization: Evaluate contract financials, perform cost comparisons, and apply pricing formulas to identify and implement savings opportunitiesCompliance Documentation: Ensure contracts, amendments, SOW changes, and extensions, meet public law, company policies, and import/export regulations while maintaining accurate documentation and retention of recordsSupplier Engagement: Drive strategic supplier relationships through re-negotiations and performance-based agreements that support business goalsTeam Collaboration Mentorship: Provide informal guidance to peers, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable sourcing environment

What you need to be successful:

· Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience required

o In lieu of degree, there is a minimum of 9 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or other related fields.

· Aviation Supply Chain contracts experience preferred
