Strategic Sales Leader - Utilities & Energy Infrastructure
We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Sales Leader with experience in the utilities sector.
This is a high-impact, strategic sales role focused on market development, executive engagement, and large, long-cycle opportunities — not day-to-day transactional selling. You’ll operate at a senior level with utilities, engineers, and procurement teams to shape complex contracts and drive long-term growth.
What you’ll do Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the utilities market Identify, structure, and advance large, complex utility contracts Build and maintain executive-level relationships with utility, engineering, and procurement stakeholders Lead opportunity development, proposals, and commercial negotiations Track market dynamics and competitive activity to inform strategy What you bring 7–10+ years in strategic sales or business development within utilities Proven experience managing large, long-cycle, high-value contracts Strong commercial judgement and executive presence Background selling technical or infrastructure-based solutions Willingness to travel Compensation & benefits Base salary $165,000, plus bonus Comprehensive benefits package Vehicle or allowance provided Utilities industry experience is required.
