Designation: Strategic Sales LeaderSBU: Credibility and Business Insights Group (CBIG)Location: Turbhe, Navi MumbaiKey Responsibilities:Responsible to meet and exceed overall sales targets for self and allocated team members from assigned territories for MSME segment (companies with topline below 30 crores)Connect with the potential prospects over the phone, brief them on products & closing business over call and/or by setting up meetings (virtual / in-person) for selfLead new customer acquisition within the assigned customer and prospect baseImplement marketing strategies; by analyzing trends, market mapping, competitor analysis to enable effective decisioning and forecasting of sales numbersAct as a product expert, leveraging internal knowledge to build trust and respect with both internal and external customersResponsible for the overall accounts receivables for assigned regionEnsure process adherence and update the reporting MIS dailyLiaise with the operations team for a smooth delivery of the product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are metMaintain the data/client contact details in appropriate data warehousesProgress reviews and forecasting reports to be filed periodically as required by the managementRegularly update all the activities in the tools provided and track the movement of all such activitiesLead from the front, developing strong personal rapport and credibility with the team by bringing in businessResponsible for training and handholding of team members, accompany them for customer meetings, as requiredResponsible to achieve targeted business numbers for the team in addition to self-targeted numbersPossess the right attitude to work in cohesion with counterparts and colleaguesKey Requirements:MBA or any post-graduation with relevant experience of 8+ years in business developmentShould have good knowledge of the local commercial and industrial beltsHighly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environmentShould not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of businessStrong analytical skills and ability to provide value added insightsShould have capability to interact with external stakeholders like as MD/Directors, Proprietors, Partners, CFO’s and other key personnel in the organizationsStrong interpersonal skillsProven selling skills and highly process orientedStrong communication and presentation skillsAdaptability and alignment to business requirements and goalsAn understanding on the corporate business models across industries, industry trends, market behavior etc.All Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at and .
