Strategic Relationship Manager m/w/d (R-18370)
As a Strategic Sales professional, you will drive revenue growth through renewals, cross-sell, up-sell, and new business development. You’ll build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor, and apply technology to solve customer challenges. You’ll also serve as a tech-lead, helping clients leverage solutions to meet their business goals.Essential Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain senior-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand and align with client business objectives.Drive renewals, win-backs, and expansion through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Identify and mitigate churn risks.Generate new business within targeted industry verticals and prospect accounts.Lead account planning, coordinate internal resources, and ensure strategic alignment across teams.Own end-to-end negotiation and contracting processes, navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders.Maintain an active pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools (e.g., SFDC).Partner with Client Success to improve retention through business reviews and win-back campaigns.Stay current on market trends and represent the company at industry events and conferences.Essential Skills5+ years in enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services salesProven success in closing complex deals and exceeding quotasStrong ability to engage C-suite stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrategic thinking with a proactive, ownership mindsetExperience in consulting or technology verticals preferredSkilled in CRM tools (e.g., SFDC) and Microsoft Office SuiteContinuous learning mindset and collaborative approachFluency in English and German language is a mustAbility to work at least 3 days per week in the office (One Tower Frankfurt)All Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at .
