This strategic projects integration role will lead cross‑functional workstreams spanning Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Marketing within BrainBox AI and across our strategic partner ecosystem. You will translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable plans, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and keep a high‑visibility program on track for commercial success.

This role combines program delivery excellence, strong communication, technical fluency in HVAC and controls, and the ability to operate confidently in an emerging AI technology space.

What you will do:    

Strategic Program Leadership – Drives long‑range program vision, alignment, and execution across multiple workstreams to deliver high‑impact business outcomes.

Technical Fluency (HVAC, Controls, IoT, AI/Cloud Fundamentals) – Applies strong domain and technology understanding to guide decisions, remove blockers, and translate complex concepts into actionable program direction.

Stakeholder Influence & Relationship Management – Builds trust, gains alignment, and influences diverse technical and business stakeholders to ensure unified progress toward shared goals.

Change Management & Organizational Alignment – Leads stakeholders through business, process, and technology change by enabling adoption, clarity, and commitment across the organization.

Problem Solving in Ambiguous Environments – Navigates uncertainty with structured thinking, rapidly assessing risks, identifying options, and driving practical, data‑informed decisions.

Coordinate and manage a cross‑functional, multi‑organization program driving integration of AI‑enabled building control technologies.

Develop and maintain the program roadmap, operating model, and execution cadence aligned with business milestones.

Serve as a PMO liaison between BrainBox AI and the strategic partner, ensuring transparency, alignment, and mutual accountability.

Translate technical concepts into clear workstreams, deliverables, and stakeholder-ready insights.

Lead communication across teams, reinforcing program goals, progress, and impacts.

Drive organizational change management across SBUs to support adoption of new processes and technologies.

Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, blockers, and scope changes to maintain delivery momentum.

Facilitate governance activities, including status reviews, cross-team collaboration forums, and partner integration checkpoints.

Support commercial readiness efforts including validation, deployment planning, and scaling activities.

Provide concise, data-driven reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and operational rigor.
 

What you will bring:  

8+ years of experience in program leadership, product, engineering, commercial, or similar roles in HVAC, building controls, IoT, or industrial technology sectors.

4+ years in management consulting or roles involving complex cross‑organizational initiatives (preferred but not required).

Demonstrated experience leading strategic multi‑company programs.

Demonstrated expertise in complex, multi region, technical project management with proven results.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.

Ability to travel for on‑site collaboration with partner teams

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$179,645.00 - $228,200.00
