Job Description

This role is responsible for organizing tasks, supporting meeting agendas and follow-up actions, maintaining documentation, and helping the team stay aligned on priorities and deadlines. The Strategic Project Coordinator partners closely with team members and leaders to support operational efficiency and help drive completion of team objectives.  

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Commercial Strategy and Operations, the Strategic Project Coordinator will:

Coordinate meetings, meeting agendas, action items, and follow-up activitiesSupport the organization and maintenance of team trackers, files, and documentationFacilitate team communication and help ensure timely sharing of informationAssist with project meeting scheduling, calendar management, and logistics coordinationTrack requests, deliverables, and deadlines to support progress against prioritiesLiaise with leaders to plan team building activitiesPrepare routine reports, updates, and meeting notes as neededIdentify opportunities to improve processes and team workflowDevelop, prepare, and update PowerPoint presentations, meeting decks, and support materials for team and leadership useAssist AVP with expense reporting and limited travel and calendar supportSupport special projects and coordination efforts as assigned
Qualifications

Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies

Bachelor’s degree required.2-3 years of experience as Coordinator, assisting teams, ideally working in project management tools, is preferred.Self-starter who proactively seeks solutions to ensure positive outcomes and timely deliverablesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyThrives in a fast-paced environment and works independently with minimal supervisionTeam player who can support ad hoc requests and collaborate cross-functionally with various departmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt as neededAbility to work effectively with team members across different functions

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. ​

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs. ​
