The Role:
+ Coordinate management of multiple, related high-priority and/or high-risk projects where the project's scope is aligned with key strategic initiatives. Lead project teams to deliver complex business, integration, implementation projects, and continous improvement/lean efforts.
What You Will Do:
+ Apply program and project management principles to manage scope, timeline, resources, stakeholders, and risk throughout the lifecycle of stategic initiatives.
+ Lead high-priority projects to achieve measurable business process improvements.
+ Providing technical training and guidance for continous improvement on the planning, development and implementation of process improvement.
+ Utilize facilitation and consultancy skills to assist leaders in identifying growth opportunities and planning strategically.

+ **Process Improvement:** Understanding and insight into evaluating current product quality and production methods and ability to maintains focus on the continuous improvement of processes, products and services.
+ **Project Management:** Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
+ **Six Sigma Methodology:** Knowledge of the concepts of six sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control ) methodology; ability to use the methodology to improve the manufacturing processes and control the improvements by eliminating root causes.

**Job Title:** Strategic Project Consultant
**Salary:** £64,663.00 - £84,062.00 (Depending on experience)
**Contract:** Permanent.
**Hours:** In office Monday - Friday, full time 37.5 hours.
**Benefits:**
24 days annual leave increasing with service to 30 days,
