About the Role
Key Responsibilities:Drive execution across multiple high-priority company initiativesPartner with initiative owners to define goals, milestones, KPIs, and success metricsBuild and maintain project schedules and risk logs using JiraMonitor initiative health: budget, timeline, resources, risksCreate and maintain dashboards and reporting for executive updatesEnforce PMO standards and ensure initiative teams are following agreed processesIdentify and manage cross-initiative dependencies and risksFacilitate weekly initiative check-ins and monthly leadership reviewsSupport change management, stakeholder alignment, and communications planningQualifications:5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a PMO or strategy officeExperience working within a Product or Engineering organizationProven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with executive visibilityExpert-level Jira experience: dashboards, custom fields, workflows, reportingStrong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to senior leadershipFamiliarity with project tracking tools, dashboards, and KPI frameworks (OKRs a plus)PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification a plus
