Strategic Program Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of five years of active Complex Program or Portfolio Management or Directing experience. Must be a US citizen. Currently holds an active security clearance or has the ability to obtain one. Program Management and/or PMP certification required. Bachelor’s Degree, master’s degree preferred. ITIL certification is preferred. Organizational Change Management (OCM) Experience. Wide range of methodology experience, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, certification, or proven experience. Experienced with emerging or commodity technologies, such as Cloud, AI, Route Switch, Cyber Security, UC, Genesis, Wireless and Application Services. Cyber Security experience a plus.  Professional Services direct customer experience strongly preferred. Tool Experience – Smartsheet, MS Project, Flow Charting, Salesforce CRM, PPM tools, and Service Now experience a plus. Supply Chain process experience.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $165,000.00 to $210,000.00 annually. Actual
salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may di?er.
