Enterprise Initiative Executive Partner
**Job Description:** The Enterprise Initiative Executive Partner (EIEP) is responsible for identifying, planning, overseeing, and partnering with key organizational leaders across Intermountain Health to execute on key strategic initiatives that result in improved performance across Intermountain’s strategic, operational, and financial objectives. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy, this EIEP is a key system-wide leadership role focused on identifying, developing and implementing system initiatives across Intermountain Health in partnership with the Intermountain Regional and Executive Leadership Team and other Intermountain senior leaders. The EIEP will work in a fast-paced, demanding environment that is expected to generate significant, verifiable value for the organization. As the Enterprise Initiative Executive Partner, you will: + Collaborate and maintain project relationships with the SVP and Chief Strategy Officer, Vice President of Strategy, VP of Corporate Development, Region Executive Leadership Team members, other senior Intermountain leaders, etc. to Identify, recommend, and facilitate enterprise-wide initiatives and other special projects with high visibility and significant financial, patient, and caregiver impact to Intermountain Health. + Develop and coordinate initiative plans and other special projects to ensure alignment with Intermountain Health’s strategies and goals. + Partner with multi-departmental leadership and other stakeholders across Intermountain to develop, prioritize and track projects and initiatives according to relevant measurement criteria. + Ensure that all projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, and time requirements. + Advise Executive Sponsors on Intermountain initiatives as assigned, and effectively influence leaders to achieve strategic, financial and operational objectives associated with Strategy Office and Region Executive Leadership Team objectives. + Lead a team of strategy consultants and develop a positive working and learning culture that performs at a high-level. + Thrive in high-pressure, dynamic, demanding, and ambiguous work environments. To succeed as the Enterprise Initiative Executive Partner, you will need: + Experience directing complex planning processes that involve working with key organizational stakeholders + Demonstrated advanced analytical and conceptual skills and proficiency using spreadsheets, presentation, data management, and word processing software + Experience in a role requiring effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills + Experience preparing presentations, using presentation software, and presenting to work and community groups + Advanced knowledge and experience with computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Demonstrated organizational skills that result in successful project management across multiple strategies and execution timelines + Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement + Demonstrated ability to work in an environment requiring intense professional development, including frequent performance evaluations and rigorous skills development expectations + Previous experience with implementing high profile projects in large integrated health care delivery networks Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor’s Degree with 6 - 10 years of experience in a related role. Degree must be from an accredited institution and will be verified. + Five years of experience in a leadership role, including direct working relationships with senior organizational leadership + Experience directing complex planning processes that involve working with key organizational stakeholders Preferred Qualifications + Knowledge and experience in ambulatory and hospital-based healthcare delivery. \#LI-EXECRC **Physical Requirements:** Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate. - and - Operate computers, telephones, office equipment, and manipulate paper requiring the ability to move fingers and hands. - and - See and read computer monitors and documents. - and - Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment. **Location:** Peaks Regional Office **Work City:** Broomfield **Work State:** Colorado **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 The hourly range for this position is listed below.
