If so, let's start the conversation. **Job Summary** Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Strategic Planning Collector to join our Customer Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently managing a dedicated portfolio of North American accounts to minimize delinquency and optimize cash flow. You will serve as a vital link between our American clients and our internal Sales and Billing teams, ensuring a healthy portfolio through expert negotiation and conflict resolution.
