**ORGANIZATION & POSITION DESCRIPTION:**
This position reports into Honeywell’s Building Automation (BA) Greater China. The candidate will be a core member of BA GC strategic marketing and boarder commercial team, and expected to work on a broad range of projects, including but not limited to vertical strategic planning, marketing and business development; x-LoB solution roadmap; offering, channel, pricing excellence; annual strategic planning, new growth programs, etc. This position will have unparalleled exposure to senior leaders within the organization, and a view of the entire BA portfolio. After gaining sufficient experience, a natural career progression will be either a managerial level in the same function, or a position in a line of business.
**RESPONSIBILITIES** _(not limited to)_ **:**
+ Develop and implement annual strategic and operating plans for BA Greater China
+ Lead and structure industry analysis through desktop research, VOC and expert interviews, present insights and assessment on market segmentation, competitions, industry trends, etc., develop go-to-market strategies
+ Structure and translate market data, competitive intelligence, and customer insights into business languages for executive consumption
+ Build financial and economic models to support industry analysis and business diagnosis
+ Define and develop x-LoB solution e.g. vertical based solutions
+ Business development & engagement with key accounts, influencers, government bodies, eco-system etc.
+ Support driving of x-LoB OM, channel & pricing excellence
+ Explore new business / product opportunities and various alliance formats
+ Support ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives as required
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ **~5 years of full time working experience in offering management / strategy & BD / analytical field, preferably with a professional service background** (e.g. management consulting, market research firm, research dept. in investment banking, etc.)
+ **Experience in high-end manufacturing / pharmaceutical / data center / internet company is a plus**
+ Strong communication skills in written and spoken English & Chinese
+ Outstanding analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative way, ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks
+ Strong business sense, strategic thinking & problem-solving capability
+ Can independently conduct extensive data research & interviews, e.g., desktop research, data consolidation and synthesis
+ Can-do attitude, attention to details, well organized, ability to multi-task, proactively drive impact and get results
+ Good leadership potential: strong self-awareness, seeks and welcomes feedback, good team player, open-minded
**EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:**
+ Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
