**Responsibilities**
+ Lead AI Transformation Be the trusted voice on AI trends and Microsoft’s AI platform.
+ Deepen our team and partner knowledge in platforms like AI Foundry, Fabric Data and Copilot.
+ Lead internal trainings on AI tools and capabilities (e.g., Copilot, agent-building workshops)
+ Contribute to thought leadership around AI in sports-tech, including potential narratives for automation and innovation
+ Collaborate with internal product engineering teams and stay up to date on roadmaps to identify new opportunities with our partners
+ Deliver Impactful Customer Solutions Work with partner organizations IT leadership to co-develop technology solutions
+ Consult on sensitive partner initiatives, offering strategic guidance while respecting confidentiality constraints
+ Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, authentic storytelling opportunities
+ Technical Development & Prototyping Build lightweight AI agents and tools (e.g., Copilot-based workflows) to support internal and external use cases
+ Develop quick-turn proof-of-concepts (POCs) for ideation sessions with partners (e.g., game summary analysis, automation demos)

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery work OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
+ 3+ years experience in technical product management or AI experience
+ Experience building agents, dashboards, or automation tools using modern AI frameworks.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery work or internship experience OR equivalent experience.
+ 4+ years of customer-facing experience.
+ Experience working successfully cross functionally.
Customer Solutions Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
