Strategic Partnerships Manager - Business Accounts

Primary Function/General Purpose of Position

The Strategic Partnerships Manager role will play a critical role in the development of a comprehensive strategy to grow Bon Secours Mercy Health's Business Partners Program. This role will focus on relationship management with both internal and external partners.

Essential Job Functions

Identifies new products, define elements of product (service) offerings, and matures product offerings

Develops the comprehensive strategy to grow BSMH’s Business Partners Program through successful relationship building with internal and external partners

Creates a pipeline of potential partners that align to our values and portfolio brand

Partners with cross-functional teams to drive internal thinking and shared goals on partnership opportunities

Identifies value propositions, build proposals, and independently present to internal and external parties

Understands the cross-functional requirements for onboarding new partners and work closely with the internal and external teams to ensure successful launches

Acts as the Business Partner’s primary point of contact through event execution ensuring a successful event that meets or exceeds BSMH’s goals

Licensing/Certification

Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) - Healthcare Financial Management Association (preferred)

Business strategy certificate (preferred)

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related degree (required)

Master's Degree in Education or Healthcare Administration (preferred)

Work Experience

6 years of experience in business development, account management, healthcare consulting, or electronic health record implementation and support at organizations with both acute and ambulatory patient care delivery (required)

1-2 years of leadership experience (preferred)
