ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Strategic Partnerships Associate will support our Strategic Partnerships team in managing in-bound licensing deals, brand collaborations, and celebrity endorsements. This role focuses on project management and cross-functional coordination to support go-to-market campaigns that contribute to company growth. The position involves collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders to support partnership initiatives and brand development. You will assist with deal flow processes, contract administration, and help identify strategic opportunities that align with company objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support deal flow management from initial research through contract execution.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Creative, PR, Digital, and Retail to support partnership campaign execution.Assist with project timelines and deliverables for go-to-market launches, helping ensure timely execution within established budgets.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help identify partnership opportunities.Support contract administration, financial tracking, and vendor management.Help develop presentation materials and strategic frameworks for internal leadership and external partner communications.Handle administrative functions including calendar management, expense tracking, and project coordination tools for department leadership.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Project management experience with ability to support multiple initiatives in dynamic environments.Research and analytical skills with an interest in market intelligence and analysis.Strong communication and presentation abilities with experience working across different teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and basic financial tracking.Independent work style with ability to organize priorities and support team deadlines.REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree preferred.2-4 years of work experience in relevant field.Previous experience in apparel/footwear, media/entertainment, licensing, agency, and/or business development preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management programs.Experience with Google Suite and presentation software.Understanding of sales processes and deal negotiation support.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with celebrity talent and sensitive campaigns.Relationship building skills for internal and external collaboration.The pay range for this position is $75,000-$95,000/yr USD.
