Strategic Partnership Lead

The Strategic Partnership Lead will be responsible for assisting the VP of IAA Global Product in managing business relationships with strategic partners and vendors that align with IAA Marketplace’s strategic priorities and unlock value for our customers. This individual will work with key stakeholders across the business to identify partnership opportunities and create strategic plans that forge strong relationships and integration capabilities that unlock value. The Strategic Partnership Lead is responsible for on-boarding these opportunities and maintaining these institutional relationships.

Build a robust strategic partner portfolio that delivers value and aligns with IAA’s strategic visionEstablish a framework for identifying and leveraging strategic business partnership opportunities to formulate targeted product development, market penetration and market expansion strategiesEstablish partner performance criteria and ensure performance is maximizedCollaborate with other functional areas of the business to ensure successful partner onboarding, working closely with Procurement, Legal, Product Management and EngineeringManage and strengthen relationships with current strategic partners by identifying new 
opportunitiesCommunicate status of partner integrations and partnership funnel regularly with key executivesStay up to date with market trends in both the insurance and whole car vehicle remarketing 
industriesUnderstand customer need(s) and vendor capabilities across the vehicle remarketing landscape. Translate both into detailed opportunities and collaborate with the Product Management team to 
construct requirementsMaximize the growth and profitability of RB Global by identifying new partnership opportunities that align with IAA Marketplace goals and strategic prioritiesCoordinate internal meetings to ensure integration and new Product opportunities are on task

Salary Range: $121,540 - $170,000
