About the job

As a member of Vaccines Regional Leadership team, you hold the responsibility of:

Supporting the development and execution of the regional strategy to drive business growth and achieve financial targetsOptimizing the go-to-market models and accelerating modernization of the operationsCoordinating pre-launch readiness across the RegionLeading transversal regional projects.

KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Collaborate with leadership to define the organization's strategic prioritiesLead strategic planning processes, including goal setting, resource allocation, and performance measurementLead go-to-market strategy with country teams and accelerate OCE ramp up for optimal and efficient engagementSupport the execution of the regional strategy to drive business growth and achieve financial targetsProvide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiativesSupport the Head of the Region by regularly reviewing business updates, highlight business risks, opportunities and relevant action plansSupport the decision-making process through developing informed business case with required stakeholdersAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic objectives and identify areas for improvementCoordinate pre-launch readiness plans across the RegionLead transversal regional projects to support modernization efforts and ensure digital/AI ramp up at scale.

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

INTERNAL:

Cross Functional Collaboration with:

Vaccines Country Heads and MCO GMs.Vaccines Franchise teams.Vaccines Medical teams.Vaccines Supply & BOD teams.Finance teams at the country and regional level.GTMC Team.Other leadership team members within Region.

Occasional Contact with:

Other GBU heads in the region.Legal, Ethic & Business Integrity.Market Access.Public Affairs.

EXTERNAL

Could be involved with:

External stakeholders related to International organizations, partnerships, Health Authorities, Distributors.

ABOUT YOU:

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

Min 10 years of related experience in commercial, marketing, project management, preferably previous P&L management experience and previous external stakeholder management experience.High level of financial acumen and business understanding.Experience in country, above the country roles and must exhibit strong and inspirational.Experience in business excellence and Omnichannel engagement is a plus.

Skills:

Leadership skills without having formal authority.High digital literacy and understanding of engagement models.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving and transversal working skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work and influence within cross-functional teams.Excellent presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.

 Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent fields.Post-graduate degree in Strategic Management or Project Management.

Language:

English and Portuguese
