Strategic Partnership Associate

Support innovation and portfolio growth by shaping partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances across the Gas Services division with global exposure.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Relations, or related field

2–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or partnerships

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Familiarity with Miro, Notion, Asana, or Monday.com

Interest or experience in AI applications for business

Preferred Skills

Experience in global or multicultural environments

Exposure to venture capital, corporate innovation, or startup ecosystems

Background in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors

Additional language skills (German or Spanish preferred)

Ability to navigate fast-paced, complex stakeholder environments

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate global meetings across time zones

Draft strategic documents, proposals, and benefit analyses

Create executive-level presentations for leadership and stakeholders

Assist in evaluating joint ventures and strategic alliances

Collaborate with global ventures teams on innovation initiatives

Track actions, outcomes, and documentation for partnership activities

Support execution of long-term partnership and innovation strategies



Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
