Strategic Partner Development Principal Lead, International Pixel Products (Japenese)
**Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries. + Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. + Experience managing agreements or partnerships. + Ability to communicate in Japenese fluently to support client relationship management in this region. **Preferred qualifications:** + Master's degree or other advanced degree. + Experience managing end-to-end partnerships. + Experience in developer or technology partnerships. + Understanding of the technical aptitude and mobile OEM industry. + Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce. The Google Pixel Product Partnerships team plays a key role in delivering useful, delightful, and critical Pixel product features globally by building excellent partnerships across the mobile and technology ecosystem. The team is responsible for defining partner strategy, executing agreements and managing long-term relationships across Google and externally that enable the Pixel team to grow and innovate the Pixel ecosystem of products. The team works with partners such as global carriers, Android developers, globally recognizable brands and media properties, and technology providers across the industry. Pixel partnerships are rarely cookie-cutter and often fast-moving, involving lots of cross-functional and cross-PA (Product Area) collaboration. In this role, as the International Strategic Partnerships Development Manager for Pixel partnerships, you will establish relationships with our Product and Engineering counterparts across the key regions that Pixel are present in beyond the US to drive business, product and partner strategy while cultivating and executing partnerships with regional developers and key technology providers to support product needs and drive business growth within the regions.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem, and manage strategic partnerships with entities of all sizes. + Develop cross-product area strategic partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader Google goals across changing industries. + Ideate and drive agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners and build consensus with internal and external executives. + Build, maintain, and evolve excellent relationships key regional partners in APAC and EMEA including critical local developers, technology providers, marquee brands and media properties, and telecom industry players to advance Pixel's innovation and growth internationally. + Communicate, collaborate and closely work with a broad range of constituents across the Pixel organization including Product, Engineering, Marketing, User Experience (UX), Legal, and Operations.
