Strategic Marketing Manager
Description Manages the design and production of planned marketing programs while supporting product innovation initiatives to fuel the company's growth goals. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Development, this role works as a key contributor on the commercial team, executing tactical marketing and product development activities that align with long-term strategic objectives. The Strategic Development department guides the organization toward long-term success by setting clear goals, analyzing market trends, and aligning resources for a cohesive, adaptive approach in a competitive landscape. Previous professional experience combined with natural passion for beauty, personal care, and therapeutics is essential to drive authentic and innovative initiatives Additional Skills & Qualifications Marketing & Promotional Activities: − Plan and execute promotional activities including print, social media, websites, trade shows, email/direct mail (CRM), and signage. − Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Development, agencies, consultants, and internal teams to deliver a unified, omni-channel marketing message. − Assist in the development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials that support sales initiatives and overall company marketing efforts. − Maintain the prospect/client database and manage ongoing communications to nurture leads and strengthen client relationships. − Utilize basic design skills to help create visual communications for both internal and external purposes, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. − Help create sell sheets, company presentations, and internal documents designed to strengthen our brand aesthetic and support sales initiatives. Product Innovation & Development Support: − Work with Sales and Client Services to help define how new products fit into the overall product portfolio, considering product mix, lifecycles, and customer segments. − Support market research efforts by gathering data on trends and innovations and assist in generating product concept ideas that align with the company's commitment to excellence in skin care, sun care, and therapeutic product innovation and manufacturing. − Assist in designing and implementing annual customer surveys in partnership with Strategic Development, Sales, and Client Services to capture innovative needs and market requirements. − Contribute to analyzing market research findings to support product strategy, positioning, pricing, and target cost of goods recommendations. 2 − Support ingredient research—including active component evaluations—to develop new product profiles with guidance from Marketing, Sales, RID, and Quality. − Participate in cross-functional product planning meetings to help scope and schedule product launch concepts within a 12–18+ mo Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
