The company supports beauty brands worldwide with testing, toxicology, and compliance expertise — ensuring products are safe, effective, and fully aligned with complex international regulations.
Already established in the U.S. through other divisions, the group is now launching its cosmetics activities locally. To lead this entry, they are seeking a Strategic Market Development Director who will design and execute the roadmap for long-term success.
The Role
This is a visionary, market-architect position. You will shape how the company positions itself in the U.S., define priorities, and establish the partnerships that matter most.
Market strategy – Build a 3–5 year development roadmap for U.S. cosmetics services. Partnerships & alliances – Identify anchor clients, industry networks, and strategic accounts to accelerate growth. High-level engagement – Represent the company with regulators, trade associations, and senior executives at leading brands. Thought leadership – Anticipate regulatory and scientific trends to keep the company at the forefront. Foundation for growth – Lay the groundwork for future U.S. investments (labs, team build-out, infrastructure).
Your Profile
10+ years in strategic business development, market entry, or leadership within cosmetics, CDMO, or scientific/regulatory services. Proven track record of launching or scaling a service business in the U.S. Strong network with senior R&D, regulatory, and corporate decision-makers. Entrepreneurial yet structured, able to create vision and secure quick wins. Based in the U.S., willing to travel extensively.
