What Is Expected of You
As the Regional Strategic Intelligence Lead, you will:
Be the owner of the Region 1 Factbook
Lead the consolidation, analysis, validation, and continuous improvement of the R1 Factbook.Deliver accurate insights across business dimensions: volume, financials, consumer trends, commercial KPIs, and supply chain metrics.Drive competitive and corporate intelligence
Act as the central coordinator for regional corporate intelligence.Gather, monitor, and analyze competitive activity—from pricing and investment movements to product launches and strategic initiatives.Strengthen the regional strategy cycle
Support the development of the annual Region 1 strategy paper through robust data compilation and analytical rigor.Enable fact‑based strategy formulation across markets.Be the guardian of data quality & governance
Maintain consistency, reliability, and alignment of all analytical outputs with PMI’s global standards.Embed structured governance practices across insights generation.Partner and collaborate across functions
Work closely with Finance, Commercial, and Data & Analytics teams across the region and markets.Ensure inputs are validated, synchronized, and translated into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Who We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or related field.Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent), or specialization in Market Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Strategy.5–8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Strategic Planning, and Business Analysis in a FMCG or consumer‑goods industries with regional or global exposure preferredProven ability to manage large, multi‑market datasets and deliver insights that influence strategic decisions.Experience coordinating across Finance, Commercial, and Data & Analytics teams.Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.High proficiency in data tools and structured reporting.Preferred certifications:Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA)Google Data AnalyticsMicrosoft Certified: Data Analyst AssociatePMP / PRINCE2 (advantage for cross‑functional coordination)
