Job Description:
The Strategic Integration Lead is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment and integration of initiatives and programs for convenience and mobility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that business activities are coordinated, prioritized, and executed in line with broader organizational goals.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration across departments, strategic foresight, and the ability to manage complex and dynamic challenges. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the development and integration of strategic schedules, plans, and initiatives across departments through the execution of the P&I program.Assess risks and dependencies across projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.Identify integration gaps and opportunities and facilitate resolution through cross-functional collaboration.Coordinate regular integration meetings to maintain alignment and transparency across teams through governance and steering committees.Support change management processes related to project plans and schedules.Provide input during the early stages of new initiatives to ensure alignment with long-term goals.Support cross-functional teams by helping align priorities to strategic direction through P&I process and governanceWork closely with the Communications team both within convenience and mobility and M&CA to ensure awareness and promotion of key programs strategic progress/ milestones and lead the engagement with the business LT and key stakeholdersEnsuring changes land well and embed within the operation, realizing related business benefitsDefinition of program objectives and being on point to support stakeholders from across the wider business to develop business casesIdentification of synergies and duplication across programs and individual projects with the intention of streamlining where possibleExperience & Qualifications
Experience in project management, operations, or program management across multiple departments.Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with a track record of driving results.Ability to think diversely and integrate across diverse functions and priorities.Comfortable operating at all levels of a complex organization.Proficiency in business tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms, BusinessMaps a plusCapable of simplifying complex issues and driving resolution of detailed challenges.Systems thinker with a proactive, long-term planning mindset.Familiarity with business analysis and process optimization techniques.Considering Joining bp?
